SPACING: 4-5in, DEPTH: 2in, SUN: Partial Shade Plant in partial shade. Anemones prefer well-drained soil enriched with organic matter--leaf mold (which is found in abundance in woodland settings) or compost is ideal. Anemones rhizomes resemble small twigs; plant them horizontally.
